The Norfolk Trusted Trader initiative was set up by Norfolk County Council Trading Standards Service, to help safeguard consumers by making sure that they don’t have to take a chance on a trader picked at random from advertisements placed in newspapers or telephone books, or someone who comes knocking at their door.
